The Website provides an online platform for the sale of marine products and accessories (“Products”). 1.3. Payment and Shipping 4.1. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal. 4.2. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. 4.3. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. 4.4. We will ship your order to the address provided by you during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Returns and Refunds 5.1. We accept returns of unused Products within 30 days of the delivery date. 5.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nautifungale.com. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the Products. 5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the Products, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
Intellectual Property
6.1. The Website and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by NautiFungale and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
